Kingsville Golf & Country Club is a shareholder-owned, semi-private 27 hole golf club dedicated to providing an exceptional Championship golf course, retail golf shop, teaching academy and high-quality dining experience within a casual atmosphere at competitive rates.
We endeavor to provide a facility that appreciates our members, welcomes the public and supports our community.
Our financial goal is to plan the short and long term profitability of the Club in an effort to continually enhance the physical facilities and amenities while maintaining shareholder value.

Our Vision Statement
To forecast the long-term goals of Kingsville Golf and CC and to meet the expectations of shareholders, members, and guests alike. Outline objectives for the long term growth of the club relative to the game of golf and associated activities. Incorporate a sound financial plan that will not place an undue burden on the membership.
Our Philosophy - To be considered one of the greatest golf experiences. There are several factors necessary to provide this level of excellence. First, and foremost, is the need to provide a quality product; next, the product must be maintained and cared for at a superior level of consistency. Kingsville Golf & CC’s philosophy is simple. Every service we provide will be the best of its kind. We believe every day is the one day on which the reputation of Kingsville Golf & Country Club will be created and judged. We will be the club by which others set their standards. We are totally responsible as a team for the reputation and image presented to our members and guests.

Applicants must be able to work weekday, some weekend and holiday shifts. All employee's must provide their own transportation.
