Special Events and Meetings
Kingsville Golf provides a wonderful setting for any special event. With private rooms or open spaces with a beautiful view, we can provide a perfect ambiance for any event. We hold many showers, birthdays, anniversaries and baptisms, April through December. We also provide a professional setting for out of office meetings or conferences.
Maybe you don’t have adequate room in your office, company or corporation to accommodate all your essential meeting attendees. Or perhaps you need that clear focus that comes from holding an off-site meeting. Have you been looking for a great space to host a meeting or workshop?
Kingsville Golf & Country Club has the ideal meeting space for you. Located inside our Clubhouse on the lower level you will find the President’s Room, with a beautiful view of the course. We also have a Boardroom on the second level that is quite spacious holding a board table and executive chairs. Both meeting rooms feature WIFI, use of fax and photocopier. Continental breakfast and lunch options are available as well. Our Conference Rooms can be rented for a half or full day depending on your needs.

We will be pleased to assist you in planning a menu to suit your special requirements. Our banquet menu is designed so that substitutions are possible; menu selection should be last finalized three weeks prior to your event.
A total for your guest count is required 4 days prior to your event. (Wednesday by noon for events on Friday to Sunday). If the actual number exceeds the guaranteed number, every effort will be made to accommodate your guests. You will be charged for the guaranteed number, or the actual number served, whichever is greater.
Kingsville Golf retains exclusive rights to provide all food and beverage for your event. Guests are not permitted to bring in any food or beverage items with the exception of cake. Due to health regulations, no food is to be taken off premises.
Decorations and Flowers
If you plan to provide centerpieces, party favors or other decorations, please arrange a time regarding delivery and pick up.
For events requiring audiovisual equipment, Kingsville Golf can provide free of charge a screen, microphone, flip chart with paper, easel with a whiteboard, markers, and podium. For an additional fee, Kingsville Golf can secure equipment not listed above and will be set up as required.
In order to confirm your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the estimated total food bill is required. The balance is due on the day of your event.
All prices quoted are plus applicable taxes and gratuity. Prices are subject to change.
